Lorcana Team Trio Rotation Celebration!
As we say goodbye to sets 1-4 in Disney Lorcana we want to finish this block with one last event to celebrate. What better way to celebrate than with friends?
On August 23rd Game Grid Lehi will be hosting a Team Unified Trios tournament with 1st place getting a sealed 1st Chapter booster box! Details below:
How does Team Headhunters work?
A team will comprise of 3 members with each one bringing a deck of a different ink pairing, and no overlapping inks. (I.e. Player A is Ruby/Amethyst, B is Sapphire/Steel, and C is Amber/Emerald.)
The ink pairing of each individual in the team will be public knowledge.
When you sit down to play against an opposing team you’ll do a dice roll to determine which team gets to select the first matchup, the team that lost the dice roll will choose the other matchups. (I.e. Team 1 wins the die roll and wants their player A to play against player B on Team 2. Team 2 now decides whether they want their player A to go against Team 1’s player B or C.)
Each player will play a best of 3 match against their selected opponent. The Team overall is playing a best of 3 as well. So if player A and B on your team win and player C loses your recorded match would be a 2-1 win.
Tournament structure will consist of a # of rounds based on team count with a cut to top 4.
Prizing:
The 1st place team will in total get a First Chapter booster box, a Trove, and a Lilo Gift Set!
The 2nd place team will in total get a Rise of the Floodborn booster box, a Trove, and a Lilo Gift Set!
The 3rd-4th place team will in total get their choice of an Archazia’s Island or Reign of Jafar booster box in addition to a Trove, and a Lilo Gift Set!
Every other team will get a Lilo Gift Set.
There will also be raffles for some Lorcana product/pins throughout the tournament.
Entry fee $20 per person.
*If you do not want to split a product among teammate there will be a store credit option for each product*
Make sure a ticket is purchased for each teammate whether separately or all together
