Among those who receive the mixed sacrament of St Lazarus there are always a few in whom the flame of justice burns too brightly. In them, Kleon’s blessing shines especially bright, but some unknown interaction brutally accelerates the progression of their disease. Stronger, and even more driven than their Penitent brethren, these warriors are all but unstoppable on the battlefield, running ahead of their steadfast brethren, their savage assault often breaking the morale of the enemy before the armies have even properly engaged. This is a dual kit with the Penitents.

Order Martyrs of St Lazarus are a powerful melee regiment that combines strong offensive capabilities with excellent battlefield utility. As a Light unit, they can enter the battlefield quickly and secure key positions early, giving the army valuable board control.

Their strong offensive profile allows them to take on significantly more expensive and heavier regiments, with a particular talent for dealing with high-Defense targets—especially units equipped with shields. Aura of Death and Lethal Demise also make them excellent at trading into enemy Light units, allowing them to punish opponents even when the initial engagement does not go their way.
