Doors Open at 11am and we'll be playing Commander all day!
Pods will start at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm and 5:30pm

So go wild and build an awesome new deck that would normally be impossible!

The winner of every Pod will get a their choice of Play Booster ! (If no one has won when time is called, the prize pack will go to a random player who has not been knocked out of the game)
Every round we'll spin the wheel to see which Pods get a Pride Foil Chromatic Lantern and then a player in the pod will be chosen at random to take the promo card home!

How-To Play Magic Presents: Pride Commander
Pick Your Pod
Choose your pod based on how you like to have fun!
After you preregister we'll send out seating and roll call the night before the event on Friday, June 28th. Double check that you have a pod assigned during the times you registered for and then you're all set, just show up ready to play on Saturday, June 29th!
Note - if you want to be assigned to the same pod as your friends, have one person register for all of the players that want to play together (up to 4). Only applies to Green and Yellow pods.
For example, Bob and his friends George and Fred want to play in the same pod at 11:30 am, but different pods at 1:30pm.
To make that happen, Bob signs up for 3 tickets at 11:30am and 1 ticket at 1:30pm
Fred and George only register for 1 ticket at 1:30pm
When we assign pods at 11:30am, Bob, Bob+1 and Bob+2 will all be in the same pod - Fred and George will use Bob+1 and Bob+2 for roll call for this round of play.
When we assign pods at 1:30pm Bob, Fred and George will all be assigned a random pod.

We have 4 types of pods that will be firing all day long:
Green Pods
- New Players / People who like playing with new players
- Playing with a Precon Commander Deck or about that power level
- Green Players have fun while learning and reading new cards and don't mind if the game takes a bit longer of if something needs to be explained
- For Example - Green Players are ok with other players needing to read everyone's cards, announcing what they are playing and what effect it will have.
- Green Pods usually end over the course of a lot of combat steps and attacking since no one will have any instant win or infinite combos.

We're trying something new to celebrate at our Pride Event - Holofoil stamps for your playmats!
During the Magic Presents: Pride Commander Event, we'll have someone in-store running our heat press to add your choice of holofoil stamp to your playmat while you play.
The stamp is free if you buy any playmat we have in stock, or you can have it added to a playmat you already own for only $5.
