You must use the cards within those packs to build a deck while adhering to the following rules:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYour deck must consist of exactly two leaders, (you cannot have a heroism and a villainy leader, but outside of that, go wild!), exactly one base, and a minimum 30-card draw deck.
